  Parkour, an urban trend sport, has been part of my life since 2014. Sports offer me a good balance to working with digital media and allows me to meet friends and keep fit. Since 2015, I have been a member of the non-profit association Parkour Stuttgart, where I am involved in workshops, events, promotion and non-profit activities in a leading or supporting role. I this context, I usually act as a trainer to provide coachings for kids, teenagers and adults.
